Our company joined with P3 a few years ago and we have experienced nothing but expert support with all our HR needs. I have engaged with P3 People over the past three years and it has been a real pleasure working with them and it has enabled me to grow the company as I wanted to by developing our culture and ensuring that we were recruiting, developing and retaining some great people. As with most businesses, we did have a few people issues to deal with and at those times I really appreciated that P3 People were there advising us and guiding us through the various procedures that we had to follow. As our company has grown significantly now, we have recently recruited our own HR Director.
