We allocate a qualified HR Administrator to your business who will work with you to understand your specific needs, business culture and ways of working. We’ll set up an HR email account for your business so we can respond quickly whilst also appearing as one of your team.

What happens if our admin requirements change?

Our admin support can easily flex to meet your business requirements. If you need to increase or reduce your level of service, just ask. 

Do we have to have a HR system with the admin service?

No, but doing so would be like having cheese without biscuits or tonic without gin!

What happens if my designated Consultant is away or off sick?

Our systems and ways of working mean that we do not drop a beat. Your service will continue seamlessly. Ask us about our holiday handover process – every business should have one.

What type of reports and data insights will you provide?

Once we have access to your HR system, we will provide monthly payroll reports (including starters, leavers, sick pay deductions, maternity leave notes) to ensure you have the right information for every pay day. We can also provide a meaningful data dashboard with recommendations to help with decision making.
