Our company joined with P3 a few years ago and we have experienced nothing but expert support with all our HR needs. Michaela has been a fantastic asset, acting almost as if she is part of the company with her quick replies and excellent reports that allow us to monitor our companies needs more efficiently. We would also like to mention Katie, Emma, Claire and Charlotte who have helped us develop and improve our policies and procedures as well as providing specialist support to us with regards to the more delicate and less desirable sides of managing employees. Having P3PM support is an asset to our company. When I need any assistance with certain circumstances P3 is always available and always very helpful. They are a brilliant team and were very helpful during the latest disciplinary we had on site.

I have worked with P3, and more specifically Claire, for over 6 years. Claire is a great sounding board and provides advice and guidance on a range of HR activities from day-to-day operations through to strategic initiatives, that allows the organisation to continually develop and create a high performing workforce. On a personal level, P3 also provide opportunities for myself and my team to learn and develop which is a invaluable service to us all.

I have engaged with P3 People over the past three years and it has been a real pleasure working with them and it has enabled me to grow the company as I wanted to by developing our culture and ensuring that we were recruiting, developing and retaining some great people. As with most businesses, we did have a few people issues to deal with and at those times I really appreciated that P3 People were there advising us and guiding us through the various procedures that we had to follow. Also, one of the most helpful things they did for us was to help us put our performance review process in place. We ran it for the first time in March-April last year and it went down very well with a positive response from the staff.
As our company has grown significantly now, we have recently recruited our own HR Director. However, I should emphasise that because of the help that P3 People provided, it allowed me to take the company to where we are today and I have no hesitation in recommending P3 People for the work that they do and the support that they have provided to us.
