A Training Needs Analysis helps us to establish what level, type and frequency of learning is required. We’ll listen to your objectives and talk through what success looks like to you as an individual, team and organisation. Now we fully understand your training needs, we’ll present you with a Learning Solutions Proposal setting out the different options for you to choose from.
