Performance Management

Performance management is key to enhancing organisational success - when all individuals understand their expected contribution to the business goals and are motivated and equipped with the skills and support to achieve this.  Effective performance management is a continuous cycle and should incorporate performance improvement, development and managing behaviour delivered through continuous conversations between employee and manager.

The formal process, often known as the 'appraisal', might include defining and reviewing objectives linked to the business plans and setting measures of success. The informal process is more embedded in the culture whereby individuals take responsibility for continuous improvement of business processes as well as their own skills, behaviours and contributions.

Lets us help you create the right framework and process for your business and make performance management come alive!
