We educate delegates about the purpose and benefits of effective appraisals, providing them with the skills to review progress, assess performance, identify training needs and set targets and objectives with established deadlines to the benefit of the business.

Getting this process wrong can be very costly through ineffective advertising, unstructured interviewing, lost productivity, low team morale, lost management time and so on. However, the real cost can be even greater when you consider the legal implications of getting it wrong. We provide delegates with the knowledge and tools to choose the right candidate and reduce the risks to the business.

• Diversity in the Workplace - Gain a competitive edge through your people

The workforce is becoming more diverse, employee’s rights are increasing – do you and your staff understand your legal responsibilities and how diversity can be incorporated into the business to improve performance? This fun, interactive, different and challenging workshop is based around a board game which engages delegates to help them relate the content to the reality of their work. It is suitable for all staff and can be delivered in just half a day or as part of other company training.
