Having approached P3 People Management for external professional support with their people management strategies, their key requirements were to remain compliant with legislation, coupled with staff and management development to ensure they had the right people in place to drive their business forward.
P3 People Management provides the comprehensive People Manager service which, as well as developing bespoke policies and procedures, has included an improved appraisal system, employee opinion survey and hands-on, on-site support for all day to day employment matters. They have also benefited from the tailored management development training programmes we offer.
As a result of the expansion of our companies we made the decision to outsource our HR services about 12 months ago. The aim was to obtain the benefit of experienced HR support, without the cost of a full time member of staff. Over the past year we have received great support from P3 People Management as they have worked with us to improve our policies and procedures.
In addition to the basic service, we have also used P3 to provide training for our management team. These interactive sessions have been exceptionally well received by the team and are helping to develop their management skills as we continue to grow.
