regulations and complying with the ever changing employment
legislation, P3 People Management will conduct a FREE,
no obligation, People Management
Assessment.
By helping you minimise the risks you face as an employer
and provide you with the tools and expertise to manage
your staff lawfully and effectively.
Our review will include:

If you do not currently have staff files, employment
contracts or written policies don’t panic, we

The assessment takes place on your premises and lasts
for up to 2 hours.
The majority of this time is required for a meeting
with your Senior Manager, Director or Partner where
we discuss any staffing issues that require immediate
action, your people management processes and your future
plans for the business.
We will then tell you how to deal with the immediate
staffing issues and show you how you can improve your
people management process in future to support your
overall business goals.
