PROFILE OF CHARLOTTE GALLAGHER
MCIPD

P3 People Management is owned by Charlotte Gallagher
who has over twelve years experience in dealing with
the HR requirements for both small professional businesses
and large high profile organisations in the leisure,
non-profit and commercial sectors.
A member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and
Development, Charlotte is a passionate advocate of
positive HR assistance. She understands the needs of
businesses and her experience means she can deal with
the diverse range of potential situations many business
owners, Managing Directors and Partners may encounter.
Charlotte believes her interest in the operational
and external factors affecting her clients business
enables her to deliver bespoke practices and procedures
to suit the specific organisation resulting in better
people management, competitive advantage and increased
profits.
During her HR career she has designed and implemented
absence management policies, retention strategies,
performance and talent management tools, to name a
few, that have had a real and positive impact on the
bottom line of her clients.
MORVEN DA FORNO
Morven Da Forno, CIPD, has joined P3 People Management
Ltd as a HR consultant.
With over 15 years experience in a variety of sectors
including hospitality, IT, finance and multi-channel
retailing she has extensive employment law knowledge
and experience in the successful and practical application
of relevant legislation to these sectors.
First and foremost, Morven believes a clear understanding
of the clients business is vital to be able to contribute
to their very individual needs. “There must always
be a business focus coupled with a strong partnership
approach driving the work we do in order to get the
right results for our clients. There is a tremendous
sense of achievement when we see the improved business
results”
MICHELLE MOORHOUSE
Since joining P3 People Management in 2006 as PA/Office
Administrator, Michelle Moorhouse provides critical
support to the day to day running of the office ensuring
our clients, potential clients and all those who
contact P3 receive exceptional customer service at
all times.
Her extensive experience in similar roles ensure
that clients’ administration, training manuals
and marketing communications are produced to the high
standards
we know our clients deserve.
